Shipping and Delivery
23/03/2022 - Due to the current COVID-19 situation in Australia, our local freight provider, Australia Post, has advised they are still experiencing delays of between 2-4 business days on top of their normal estimated delivery times.

Please note: Duco Active is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases.
Duco Active is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of any one of our shipping subsidiaries.
Please note, during sale periods, it may take a little longer for your parcel to be packed and prepared. We aim to ship out packages within 5 business days during our major sale periods.
Australia & New Zealand Shipping
Australian orders are sent using Australia Post’s Parcel Post service.
We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $120.00 AUD, and a $10 AUD flat rate applies to orders under $120 AUD.
If you’d like to receive your items quicker, we also offer an Express Post option for an additional $3.50 AUD which can be added during the ‘Shipping Options’ section at checkout.
Generally, Parcel Post deliveries arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location, however, this is only an estimate and cannot be guaranteed by Australia Post or Duco Active.
